Football Recruitment Partners — Terms & Conditions

FRP is a player and football-staff screening, listing, and visibility platform. We are not a football club, a football agency in the regulated sense, and we do not guarantee employment, trials, contracts, or representation of any kind.

Payment of any fee — including but not limited to the £25 registration fee, the £89 Professional Review fee, or any Opportunity Campaign fee — does not guarantee:

• That you will be contacted by any club, agent, or agency.
• That you will be offered a trial, contract, or employment of any kind.
• That your profile will be approved for listing on our public Roster.
• Any particular outcome, timeframe, or result from registering with FRP.

You are paying for the service described in Section 3 — a defined piece of work — not for a promised result.

Registration (£25): Creation of your profile in our database, an administrative and identity/eligibility screening check, and consideration for potential listing on our public Roster once screening is complete. This fee does not include a written assessment or active promotion of your profile.

Professional Review (£89): A personal review of your submitted information, footage, and history, and honest written feedback and guidance on realistic options for your level. This is an assessment, not a guarantee of suitability, and not a grade or score.

Opportunity Campaign (from £395): Active circulation of your profile to relevant contacts in our network over a defined period, as described at the time of purchase. This is only available following a completed Professional Review. We guarantee the delivery of the activity included in the package purchased — we do not guarantee a trial, contract, registration, or employment offer as a result.

All information you submit must be accurate and truthful, including but not limited to your identity, nationality, football history, contract status, and any footage or documentation provided. We reserve the right to:

• Verify the information you provide.
• Reject, suspend, or remove any profile that we believe contains false, misleading, or unverifiable information.
• Decline to list any profile on the Roster at our sole discretion, including after payment has been made, if the information cannot be verified or does not meet our screening standards.

If your profile is approved following screening, a limited, summary version of your profile — such as your name, role, nationality, current club or availability status, and relevant professional details — may be listed publicly on our Roster, visible to clubs and partner agents browsing the platform.

In addition to public listing, we may directly share your profile and submitted information with clubs, licensed agents, and agencies in our network, where we believe there may be a relevant opportunity. This may include your football history, footage, contact details, and other information you have submitted, shared for the purpose of considering you for football-related opportunities.

By registering, you consent to this sharing. If you do not wish for your information to be shared in this way, you should not register.

You may request that your profile be removed from the public Roster or from active circulation at any time by contacting us at info@almansportsgroup.com. This does not entitle you to a refund of any fee already paid for work already carried out.

FRP provides screening, assessment, listing, and introduction-facilitation services. We do not act as your representative in any transfer, contract negotiation, or employment transaction, and we do not charge commission linked to any playing contract or transfer.

Where formal representation, contract negotiation, or transaction-specific approaches to clubs on your behalf are required, these must be carried out by a licensed football agent, in accordance with the applicable football association's agent regulations. FRP may refer you to a licensed agent for this purpose but is not itself acting in that capacity unless separately and explicitly agreed in writing.

All fees are payable in advance via our payment provider (Stripe). All fees, including but not limited to the registration fee, the Professional Review fee, and any Opportunity Campaign fee, are non-refundable once paid, regardless of outcome. This includes cases where a profile is not approved for listing following screening, where a Professional Review results in a "not currently suitable" outcome, or where an Opportunity Campaign does not result in a trial, contract, or offer. By making payment, you acknowledge and accept that you are paying for the service performed, not for a guaranteed result, and that no refund will be issued once that service has been provided.

You must be 18 years of age or older to register with FRP. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. FRP does not knowingly accept registrations from, or collect information about, individuals under the age of 18.

Club and agent access to FRP is provided free of charge. Clubs and agents using the platform agree to use any information accessed through FRP solely for legitimate recruitment purposes and not to misuse, resell, or redistribute player or staff data obtained through the platform.

FRP is not liable for any loss arising from decisions made by clubs, agents, or third parties based on information listed or shared through the platform, nor for any outcome (or lack of outcome) resulting from your registration.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Gibraltar.
