Football Recruitment Partners — Privacy & Data Protection Policy

Last updated: 22 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Football Recruitment Partners ("FRP", "we", "us", "our"), operated by Alman Sports Corporation Ltd, registered in Gibraltar, collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data. It is written to comply with the Gibraltar General Data Protection Regulation ("Gibraltar GDPR") and the Data Protection Act 2004 (as amended), together "Gibraltar Data Protection Law", enforced by the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority ("GRA") as Gibraltar's Information Commissioner.

1. Who we are

Alman Sports Corporation Ltd, trading as Football Recruitment Partners, is the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

Contact: info@almansportsgroup.com

2. What personal data we collect

Depending on how you use the platform, we may collect:

From players and staff registering:

  • Full name, date of birth, nationality, contact details (email, phone).
  • Football/professional history: position, playing or coaching history, current club, contract status, qualifications or licences (for coaches, medical staff, and other staff), availability, salary expectations.
  • Footage, images, CVs, certifications, and other documents you upload.
  • Payment confirmation (see Section 6 — we do not store your card details ourselves).
  • Any notes or correspondence arising from your registration or review.

From clubs registering:

  • Organisation name, country, contact name, contact role, email address.

From agents submitting a partnership enquiry:

  • Agency name, contact name, email address, country, and the content of your enquiry.

Automatically, from anyone visiting the site:

  • Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and general usage data, typically collected via standard website analytics and security tools.

3. How we use your data

We process personal data for the following purposes:

  • To create and manage your registration or enquiry.
  • To carry out the screening, Professional Review, or Opportunity Campaign services you have paid for.
  • To assess and, where approved, list a summary profile on our public Roster.
  • To share relevant profiles and information with clubs, licensed agents, and agencies in our network, for the purpose of considering candidates for football-related opportunities (see Section 5).
  • To process payments via our payment provider.
  • To respond to enquiries and provide customer support.
  • To meet legal, regulatory, or accounting obligations.

4. Our legal basis for processing

Under Gibraltar Data Protection Law, we rely on the following legal bases:

  • Consent — for listing your profile on the public Roster and for sharing your information with clubs, agents, and agencies in our network. You actively agree to this when you register.
  • Contract — to provide the registration, review, or campaign service you have paid for.
  • Legitimate interests — for basic administrative screening, fraud/spam prevention, and platform security, where this does not override your rights.
  • Legal obligation — where we are required to retain or disclose information by law.

You may withdraw consent at any time (see Section 8), though this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal, and does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid for work already performed.

5. Who we share your data with

  • Clubs, licensed agents, and agencies in our network — a limited, summary version of your profile may appear on our public Roster, and fuller information you have submitted may be shared directly with relevant clubs, agents, or agencies where we believe there may be a genuine opportunity for you.
  • Payment processor — payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card details; Stripe processes and stores payment information under its own privacy and security terms.
  • Service providers — companies that host our website and database (including our website builder and database/hosting providers) process data on our behalf, strictly to operate the platform, and are bound by data processing terms.
  • Legal and regulatory bodies — where required by law, or to protect our legal rights.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. International data transfers

Because FRP connects players and staff with clubs and agents worldwide, personal data may be transferred to, and processed in, countries outside Gibraltar — including countries that may not have data protection laws equivalent to Gibraltar's. Where this happens, we rely on your explicit consent to this sharing (given at registration) and take reasonable steps to share only the information necessary for the purpose of considering you for a genuine opportunity.

7. How long we keep your data

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services, respond to your enquiries, and meet legal or accounting obligations. If you ask us to remove your profile from the Roster or from active circulation, we will do so, but may retain a record of your registration and payment for our legal and accounting obligations.

8. Your rights

Under Gibraltar Data Protection Law, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure — request deletion of your data, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records.
  • Restrict or object to certain processing.
  • Data portability — receive your data in a portable format, where technically feasible.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting past lawful processing.
  • Complain to the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority if you believe we have not handled your data properly.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@almansportsgroup.com.

9. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse, including restricted access to submitted information and secure storage of documents and footage. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to us.

10. Children's data

FRP is not intended for individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. See our Terms & Conditions for our eligibility requirements.

11. Cookies and website analytics

Our website uses a small number of cookies to make the site work properly and to understand how it's used. This includes essential cookies required for core functionality (such as keeping the site secure and remembering basic preferences during your visit) and basic analytics cookies that help us see how many people visit the site and which pages they use, so we can improve it. We do not use cookies to serve third-party advertising. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time, though some parts of the site may not work as intended if essential cookies are disabled.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

13. Complaints
